It's an exciting one today, as we're talking about possibly the world first in nanodiamond cosmetics?! The Teradia TD Repair Serum Emulsion is the epitome of luxury skincare - and I like the idea of smearing diamonds all over my face. Born in the lab, this Korean serum is supposed to be the next level in skincare science. It's been said that diamonds are a girl's best friend - so let's put this one to the test.
I get asked a lot what I use on my skin to get it looking radiant, bright and glowy. Whilst pretty much all of my beauty collection is targeted towards this aim, I wanted to share with you today a handful of skincare and makeup items that I've been using to enliven my complexion and achieve that light and bright look.
One of my most asked questions is regarding blog photography. I answered a few queries in my Blog Photography Tips #1, and I'm thinking of turning my response into a little series here on BTB, with today's edition being dedicated to blog props, and what I like to use to spruce up my layouts - so let's get started!
There have been so many snaps of this beautiful, ombre palette strewn across Instagram and the rest of the internet, and I had to get in on the action and have a closer look! So let's take a peek together at the new Neo Bronzer palettes, including swatches and try ons, from Kevyn Aucoin - eep!
I may or may not have quietly been acquiring a bundle of Korean skincare and makeup over the last few weeks. I also may or may not be splitting said bundle into two haul posts to make things more manageable.. Anyway, I thought I would take some photographs and share my goodies with you, so keep reading for Part 1 of my Kbeauty haul.
Apart from for the 8 Hour Cream and possibly Prevage skincare range, Elizabeth Arden isn't really a brand I show much attention for, and I'm sure I'm not the only one to say that! Completely not looking for it, I stumbled across their Summer 2016 collection and, well, it ended up coming home with me..
I haven't done a recipe for a while, here on BTB, but as this is something I've been cooking up quite a few times recently, I thought it was about time to share. This recipe has that magical 'when-the-stars-align' quality. It's the epitome of simplicity - such simple ingredients, it's tasty, it's healthy and it looks like you've made just enough effort in a 'Oh, I just whipped this up' kind of way.
Flaky, white cod, paprika spiked chorizo and mint infused veggies, it's one of my favourite recipes at the moment. And feel free to omit the potatoes in favour of more veg if you're doing low carb.
As I mentioned in this post, I'm just in love with rose toned lip products lately and that rosiness hasn't just influenced my lipsticks. No matter your skin tone, rose gold on the eyes will frame and flatter, and I've got a handful of my favourite picks to share with you today - let's have a peek.
It's been a while since we've done a more glamourous tutorial here on BTB (you know I'm a no-makeup-makeup lover) but I had a bit of an excuse to get a little dolled up the other night, with a few new evening-appropriate makeup items to try so thought, why not?
So today I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the brand new Real Powder cushion foundation from Etude House. This isn't a cushion like you will have seen before. 99% of cushion foundations aren't brilliant for oily skins, as they give somewhere between a dewy and super dewy finish. The Real Powder is different in this sense, in that the formula is liquid in the cushion but sets to a powder finish on the skin.
