This is my first travel post in AGES. Funnily enough I had a few written up last year that I just never got round to posting.. But alas here we are in sunny Croatia. Actually, we've had one delightful day of cloud, making travelling around and being tourists a lot easier and more comfortable - although it's still humid af. I don't understand how travel/fashion bloggers manage to look so pristine in weather like this - my hair turns to frizz the moment I step outside for a start.

If you do but one thing in Dubrovnik, let it be a walk around the city walls. They're up to 25m high at some points, and take a good couple of hours to wander round and take in the sights. Primarily those gorgeous terracotta rooftops and the ocean - it's a photographer's dream. The walls are said to close around half seven but you're allowed to stay on quite a bit later than that, so there's my tip for the day! We went up just before closing time to beat the crowds, not to mention avoid the sun at it's harshest. But whatever time you venture up, it's quite the view, no matter what direction you look in. And you might be able to spot Lokrum in the distance - I'll show you around there soon ;)
