A natural highlight is my favourite finishing touch to a no-makeup makeup. My favourite so far is this guy by Kevyn Aucoin but I recently got my mitts on the Josie Maran Illuminzing Trio, a powder, liquid and cream kit, begging the question, will this knock Kevyn off top spot?! They come in rose gold packaging so it's a good start..

The Argan Enlighten Illuminzer is a peachy-champagne liquid highlighter with a warm undertone (Akin to Becca Opal and Benefit's Watts Up). It's lightweight texture is thin but not watery and blends out with ease, probably due to the Argan oil. You can mix this puppy into your base or moisturiser and it gives the most delicate indetectable sheen or use it neat, dabbed onto your highpoints, for a ever so slightly frosty gleam without emphasising pores or fine lines.

The Argan Enlightenment Illuminizing Wand is pretty identical in colour and pay off as the liquid. A creamy texture, I find the combination of argan and shea butter really moisturising and it sits on my cheekbones beautifully, looking emoilient and glowy. I would say there's a little less shimmer in this one as there is in the liquid form. The twist up stick is super convenient so this one's great on the go.

The Argan Illuminizing Veil is a creamy powder good for dry or oily skins, that, although is in the same colour tone (perhaps a little more yellow based), comes out softer and more subtle than the above. It's really hard to overdo this one as it's not so much shimmery but beautifully luminous, the perfect lit-from-within powder.

All three products wear really well on the skin, a good 6+ hours and the wand I find great for touch ups. The nitty gritty? The liquid is a great dupe for Becca's Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector but in all honesty, I still prefer the Kevyn Aucoin Candlelight Cream (review) as it's a bit more subtle used neat. (If you like the shimmeryness of Opal/Mary Lou-Manizer, you'll like these.)

The star of the show is the powder Veil. It's texture is divine, creating the most subtle, natural sheen. I'll be popping this on top of Candlelight to set my highlight and make it last all day. Maybe my favourite powder highlight yet!
