Whether we stick to them or not is another matter, but making resolutions every January seems somewhat compulsory. Here are mine for 2015:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 |
1. Get Healthy.
Clean eating, exercise, better sleep, drink more water; I'm on it this year. Not necessarily out of any high and mighty attempt of self-salvation, but more because I'm chief bridesmaid at my Bestie's wedding this year and need to fit into that dress! I'm going to be easing myself in with these Chilli Chicken Wraps.
2. Hair.
I've had big problems with my hair, which has resulted in big-time shedding, and it's about time I started being proactive in really sorting them out. If you can relate, I'm going to be doing a bit of a series about my up and coming Hair Journey where I'll go into far more detail so keep your eyes peeled for that.
3. De-stress.
Stress, anxiety, depression, low moods, all these psychological conditions are killers for your health. They becoming debilitating to your daily lives, hinder your immune systems and cause all kinds of side effects like ruining your sleep and restorative time. If anyone relates with this and needs someone to talk to about it or just wants to share or get advice, please don't hesistate to get in contact with me, my email's up the top there ^.
4. Pro-activity.
I can already see on the horizon that 2015 is potentially going to be a big year, so my resolution is to relish change, grasp opportunities, say yes and do things, be part of experiences and make memories.
5. Bodycare.
There's obviously a lot of focus on facial skincare, cosmetics and haircare, but your (or more accurately my) limbs often get neglected from my daily routine. This year I'll be aiming to give them some TLC with nourishing oils, dry body brushing and the like.
I think 5 is enough to be getting on with! If you blog, post me your links for your resolutions, I'd love to know what they are!
I want to get much healthier this year, I think that way my skin and hair will also improve.
