January Favourites 2014

This month has oddly been full of products that are reappearing into my daily collection, a somewhat remembering of old favourites!

John Frieda Frizz-Ease: I did have a spell of trying to go completely natural with my hair, including sulphate-free shampoos and silicone-free conditioners, but my hair craved silicones and tangled up into a hot mess! This serum (I have the extra strength version) is full of the stuff and smoothes everything out deliciously.

Stella McCartney Stella: I have 3 signature scents and Stella is one of them. It's slightly more sultry than my other 2 but I just cannot get enough of the scent! This 30ml limited edition bottle is a great size, completely handbag-friendly.

Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact: The best setting powder in my opinion. It's been a bit lost in my collection but this month has proudly made it's way to the forefront. It's incredible fine and wears beautifully, without a hint of visible 'powderiness'. I use this for evening looks when I'd like to keep shine at bay.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream: The Advanced Night Repair serum is glorious, and I think everyone knows it! The eye cream is no less wonderful, the serum-gel texture is a dream to sweep effortlessly under the eye as part of my night time skin routine.

PharmaClinix Moisturix (review here): I have been using this product daily, especially for my runs, and I have barely made a dent! The sumptuous, buttery moisturiser makes my skin feel beautiful in the harsh spring air and is complete with SPF 25, what more could a girl want?
